Processing time: Our products are all handmade; please allow up to 2-5 business days to process your order. Processing includes making your products, labeling them, and packaging them for shipment. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. If you need to change shipping address on order it must be done with in the order processing phase. Once order has been processed you will receive your tracking number via email, please allow 24- 72 hours for USPS to update tracking details.
We currently ship WORDLWIDE. Shipping rates will be calculated based on option selected at checkout.

Shipping information: When finalizing order, please be certain that your address is correct. We are not responsible for goods shipped to the wrong address. If you noticed you entered an incorrect address immediately after processing, please contact us at contact@afolari.com with the correct address before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
Lost or stolen Packages: Afolari is not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they have been confirmed and shipped.
Shipping Price: The shipping prices are based on the weight of the products you ordered.
Incorrect orders and Damaged Product: If you received a damaged, missing, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days and we will ensure that we resolve the issue. We may require” images for our records.
Secure options: Pay with Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, PayPal.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
